The prices listed are per person per night including breakfast, with a minimum stay of 3 days. The price includes accommodation, bed linen, heating, water, electricity, final cleaning, and all fees and taxes, except for the local tax. This amounts to € 2.00 per person per night (from 14 years) and is charged separately.

- 3 – 7,9 years: -70%

Cancellation conditions
In accordance with the Italian Consumer Protection Code (Art. 1382 ZGB), there is no general right of withdrawal, but we do grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- free cancellation is possible up to 6 weeks before the arrival date
- for cancellations between 6 and 3 weeks before the arrival date, we retain the deposit
- in case of cancellation from 3 weeks before the arrival date, early departure or late arrival, 70% of the total price will be charged
- in case of no-show, 100 % of the total price will be charged.
Bill payment options
The hotel bill can be settled in cash and by card.
Pets
Dogs and other pets are only allowed on request.

Check-in: from approx. 1:00 pm
Check-out: by 10:00 am.
If you arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to store your luggage for you.

All rooms in the Knappenhof are non-smoking rooms. We kindly ask you to smoke in the outdoor area.
